• Must have prior experience in Accounts Receivable collections.
• Must have sound knowledge on MS Excel
• Should have prior experience sending out collection reminders via emails.
• Extract AR aging and prioritize collections by aging.
• Making phone calls
• Handling invoice disputes
• Customer accounts reconciliation
• Preparing monthly and weekly collections metrics
• Working on AR inquiries and cash application is an added advantage.
