Description :
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels (email, phone, chat).

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.

  • Guide customers through product installations, configurations, and updates.

  • Investigate and analyze reported issues to identify root causes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.

  • Escalate critical issues to the development team and follow up until resolution.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.

  • Develop knowledge base articles to assist both customers and internal teams.

  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal staff.

  • Provide guidance on best practices and optimal use of the product.

  • Collect and document customer feedback to contribute to product improvement.

  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer needs and issues.

  • Participate in the testing and validation of new product releases.

  • Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by updates.

  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and internal teams.

  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their reported issues.

  • Assist Business Development team in different ventures of the team.
