Lead initiatives of significant scope, complexity, and responsibility in creative vision, strategy, and execution

Communicate design direction and intent with customer-backed and defensible principles and frameworks
Requirements :
10 years of experience in Design, plus 5 years leading teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, Design Strategy, or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design output through a team
Knowledge and experience in delivering product design deliverables such as design prototypes, documentation, design specs, assets (web and mobile), or similar
Strong business acumen and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and senior leadership expectations
Experience leading and managing a 5-10 designer team, or groups of teams
Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
