• Team Dynamics: Needs to have a complete understanding of the market teams in the region
• Understanding of Tools: Mercury, Workflow, WIP, etc. with an ability to suggest improvement ideas
• Engagement Life Cycle: Preparers should have a good understanding of the entire WorkSmart Engagement Life cycle
• Graduate /Postgraduate in any discipline
• Business Administration/ Engineering/ Sig Sigma/ Project management professionals will be preferred.
