Creation of 3D Models, Manufacturing / Fabrication Drawings, GD and T, BOM Creations, Ballooning, Assembly Drawings
Must take responsibilities of Quality checks and deliverables
Must be capable of coordinating and tracking progress with outsourcing teams
2D to 3D Modeling and Laser Scan data to 3D Model Conversions
Managing the Team and Project Co-ordination with Client
Requirements :
B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
5 – 7 years of relevant work experience in Reverse Engineering and Surfacing ( Freeform and Organic surfaces)
Must possess good knowledge in 3D Modeling which includes Part Modeling, Surface Modeling ( Freeform/ Organic Surfaces), Sheetmetal Modeling and Assembly Drawings.
Should be proficient in the CAD softwares like Catia , Unigraphics , Creo , Solidworks and Inventor and Reverse Engineering softwares like Geomagic Wrap , Geomagic Control X , Geomagic Design X , Zeiss Quality Suite
Must have strong Manufacturing or Industrial Knowledge which includes Casting, Moulding, Plastics, Tool and Die making, Machining and Fabrication.
Strong communication skills in English.
Team player with the ability to assist the Lead and achieve specified work targets.
