Ability to work in the capacity of Senior Consultant transformation and optimization assignments in specific or multiple sectors as per the project requirement
Part of projects/workstreams involving current and future state assessment, gap analysis, road map, market analysis, benchmarking analysis, recommendations for transformation from 'As-Is' state to 'to-be state, Target operating model design and development, process mapping, business process reengineering, CX/customer experience, Strategy development, maturity assessment, policies & procedures, project Management.
Good Research skills, report writing skills and exposure to analytics and various research tools will be a necessary expectation of this role.
Create intelligent and informative written and visual reports or dashboards
Proactive and reactive analysis and interpretation from reporting to support business strategy and planning
Support business development activities through participating in pursuits and prepare deliverables like Client Pitch decks, Industry primers, POVs etc.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments
Domain knowledge in one or 2 of the sectors with proven research skills - GPS, RHC, Sports and Media, Energy, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Telecommunications and Media will be valuable for the role.
Assist the Management in delivering exceptional client service and helping in ensuring stakeholder and client management.
Clarify request objectives with internal stakeholders to ensure correct understanding of the brief for a high-quality output.
Requirements :
BE/B-Tech/MBA with demonstrated high academic record
5 - 6 years of research and consulting experience
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel (formulas, data capture and pivot tables), SQL
Experience in BI and Data visualization tools like Power Bi, Tableau or any other similar tools
Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in usage of analytical tools/ representations
