Lead solution architecture for dedicated IT Operations Management topics (e.g. Configuration Management, Event Management)
Work closely with sprint teams to ensure architectural design is transferred in working products
Responsible for architectural design, development, and refactoring across multiple agile teams
Become proficient with business processes and transfer business demands to reliable and simple solutions
As a Solution Architect, act as thought leader for other team members
Drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability and maintainability
Applying DevOps mindset to take operational responsibility for the provided solutions 
Establish a trusted partnership with our internal business and technical counterparts and enable “ONE TEAM” spirit from delivery to operation
Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Information Technology, Software engineering, business informatics or related fields
5+ years of professional working experience in architecture or development (with focus on ServiceNow)
Experience in designing large-scale IT systems
Experience in agile application delivery processes, procedures & agile implementation methods (e.g. SAFe)
Good IT/Cloud knowledge with particular focus on enterprise applications and application architecture
Experience in architecture development methods like UML, BPMN documentation methodologies and requirements analysis and application architecture design based on it
Leader and team player – give guidance and show excellent coordination skills, passionate about execution, motivated and self-managed
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills and be an interface to different stakeholders talking “different languages”
