Represent DWP Practice to Sales and Customer Delivery accounts for solutions support and enhancement
Build strong trustbased relationships Trusted advisor with sales and delivery accounts leveraging all available DWP resources to enhance the Customer Delivery operations
Represent the voice of the COE by understanding and transcript industry Customer delivery account challenges and expectations for DWP
Leverage industry experience and skills on Service desk Field Support Web UI Development for designing and implementing Experience based solutions
Conduct monthly DWP MIS Partnership relation management design and managed Offerings capability presentations plan POC demos sessions on need basis
Build a success plan with the account agree and foresee implementation of DWP portfolio and recommendations
Manage and plan DWP experience based platforms for customer accounts eg Systrack Nexthink Anakage etc
Create and manage DWP Partner relationship and plan implement GTM
Manage and Plan DWP Reports opportunity pipeline providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook
Support with strategic planning analysts meets and initiatives and learning initiatives
Requirements :
20 years experience in Customer DWP Practice delivery operations with skills in EUC AI DEX Service desk and Field Support specialization
5 years experience operating in a similar capacity directly managing a portfolio of DWP Practice and Experience offerings
Programming and UI UX development experience with user personalization DEX implementation experience
Certifications on AI ML Chatbots ITSM Cloud VA DEX ITIL TOGAF PMP will be preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Strong communication skills in English both oral and written
Strong organization followthrough and documentation skills suitable for client communication
Taskoriented with focus and drive to complete tasks at hand
Ability to work independently learn quickly and be proactive
