Description :

Work alongside FA DevOps staff to review current state DevSecOps provision across FA estate
Recommend and support implementation of best practice Secure Development Lifecycle principles (code reviews secret/key management automation)
Recommend process improvements and automation of security controls in-delivery
Work with DevOps Engineers to embed security measures into CI/CD pipelines
Analyse software applications for potential vulnerabilities and recommendation of improvements
Miscellaneous additional build / delivery security pipelines (Sonarqube Pull request pipelines)
Translation of non-functional requirements of Development Security and Operations into a DevSecOps design
Secure containerisation (using Docker and Microsoft Azure Container Registry) including Read Only File System
Secure management of containers into Kubernetes services (using Azure Kubernetes Service) eg Service Mesh
Understanding of current SAST/DAST/SCA tooling and industry standard implementation approaches
Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies
Recommend Threat Modelling technologies and practices and provide implementation approaches

Requirements :

Commercial experience working in a DevOps or DevSecOps role in a fast paced and lively delivery environment
In depth experience of Microsoft Azure DevOps particularly understanding of repos pipelines artifacts
Experience applying secure development principles to a Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystem
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Solid understanding of Information Security principles
