Description :
  • Co-ordinate with the team to ensure all statutory requirements are fulfilled for the group companies. 
  • Cross check the data for Monthly statutory reporting. 
  • Co-ordinate the Audit and Secretarial compliances. 
  •  Conduct Internal Audits and do Ledger scrutinizes to ensure proper closing of books. 
  • Continuous updating of changing rules and regulations. 
Requirements :
  • Good knowledge in GST & Income Tax provisions.
  • Good knowledge in Companies Act provisions. 
  • Good problem solving skills. 
  • Familiarity with monthly statutory filings.  
  • Audit Experience in Construction and Technology companies is an added advantage. 
  • Good Communication Skills.
