Must have experience in Trellix (McAfee) DLP and ePO platform.
Should be able to perform DLP rule creation, rule testing and deployment to PROD.
Should be able to understand the business requirement and create, test & deploy the data Classification onto policies as per use cases.
Should have understanding on the Data classifications, Regex builds (Advanced patterns). Dictionaries, keywords, Content fingerprinting techniques as per the banking/financial requirements and configure the policies accordingly.
Experience on DLP Component upgrades, installation, testing and configuration.
DLP Incident Response: Investigate and respond to daily DLP incidents.
Should be able to interpret the daily DLP Incidents reports triggered for the rules and take actions on the incidents as per the process.
Generate regular reports/on demand reports for management and stakeholders on DLP incidents and drive them to closure.
Contribute to fine-tuning DLP policies based on the daily incidents trend analysis to reduce false-positive.
Should be able to come up with ideas for DLP usecases to improve the security posture of the environment.
Should have knowledge on the DLP Discover & endpoint discover techniques, best practices to run the scans according to the business requirements.
Should have knowledge on the Device control policies to handle the external storage devices control, specific devices-based controls and accordingly fine tune policies.
Should drive the Compliance activities for DLP Agent version & DLP Agent Non-compliance and provide guidance to endpoint team to fix the issues.
Must have good experience on Windows server OS, Windows client OS to support during the troubleshooting of any DLP component issues.
Should have knowledge on daily operations like DLP Purge, DLP Incidents tracking & reporting, follow up with end users for incidents & should be able to answer queries from customers/end users for any DLP incidents clarifications.
Need to work with OEM for any bug, issue reported in the product and drive it closure.
Should be ready to work on cross skilling product like CASB DLP.
