Lead the implementation and execution of BIM/VDC practices across multiple offices and projects globally.
Establish and maintain BIM/VDC standards, protocols, and workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire BIM/VDC lifecycle, from design development to facility management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to BIM/VDC standards and best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting the progress and benefits of BIM/VDC implementation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to identify project-specific BIM/VDC requirements and develop strategies for successful implementation.
Prepare accurate and reliable estimates considering scope, resources, timelines, and costs.
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective planning and resource allocation based on project estimations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM/VDC technology, tools, and industry standards, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Train and mentor team members on BIM/VDC processes, software tools, workflows, and project estimation techniques. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization, promoting continuous learning and development in BIM/VDC and project estimation.
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in BIM/VDC management or coordination, including project estimation skills.
Strong expertise in BIM/VDC software platforms, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Tekla, and other industry-standard tools.
In-depth knowledge of BIM/VDC methodologies, standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully implementing BIM/VDC on complex projects across multiple locations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, multinational, and multidisciplinary team environment.
A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
