Design & Implementation experience in ITOM, Monitoring & observability, AI and ML driven Event mgmt, IT Operations, dev ops, Infrastructure Service management
Expertise in Observability tools such as Splunk, Newrelic, Dynatrace, Cisco Appdynamics, SolarWinds, Moogsoft, OpsRamp with other various data sources and IT Operations tools and their integrations
Experience with an industry standards scripting language (Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell, Azure Devops )
Onboard new data ingestions and oversee growth and lifecycles.
Build detailed technical designs related to monitoring as a part of complex projects.
Manage tool licensing and Knowledge of enterprise logging, with a focus on event logging and analytics.
Requirements :
Experience in monitoring and performance management with Cloud Native solutions such as azure monitor, AWS CloudWatch, GCP monitor.
Experience in Customer Handling, Demos, and solution building.
Experience with an industry standards scripting language (Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell, Azure Devops )
Working experience in Reporting (Grafana/PowerBI), Infrastructure Service management Event Management (Defining set of actions based on alerts, alert enrichment, prevent event flood and creating event co-relation)
Best ITIL knowledge
Good Customer exposure
6- 10 Years of experience in IT industry in infrastructure support and management area
