Develops, evaluates, and implements pricing strategies and models based on macro factors such as industry and market dynamics, and micro factors such as Intel's product positioning and value proposition. Monitors changing competitive environment to ensure pricing practices align with company's reputation or customer satisfaction. Interprets customer insights, data, and sentiment to influence the design of global pricing strategies. Tracks and summarizes third party research reports and identifies key trends in vendor market segment and market share. Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to coordinate pricing programs aligned to revenue recognition requirements. Executes programs pertaining to pricing changes, individual promotions, and rebate programs on revenue. Creates and administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization. Maintaining internal policies and processes as it pertains to pricing models.
Bachelor's degree with at least 6 to 7 years of relevant experience. Good at data analysis and management. Strong presentation and communication with influencing and negotiation skills. Willing to operate with great flexibility and a high sense of urgency depending on market dynamics and business goals. Self-starter, team-player, highly motivated and demonstrating high standards of personal integrity. Willing to consistently deliver results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment while maintain attention to detail and quality. Demonstrate strong driving skills, proactiveness and accountability.
