Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field and 9+ years experience

� 6 plus years of experience as a Tech Lead, or Solution architect

� Planning, Order to Cash, Sourcing, Fulfillment and Transportation, delivery systems and factory integration experience preferred.

� 8+ years' experience in SAP ECC, S4Hana

� 6+ years' experience in SAP IBP, Blue Yonder or other planning tools

� Business thinking and highly strategic to define practical solutions that align with corporate strategy.

� A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities

.� Strong process analysis and modeling skills along with ability to lead complex enterprise teams through business process integrations, converting business strategy into action oriented objectives and measurable results.

� Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communication as well as visualizations and deliver Sr management presentations.
