You will be supporting and helping the DEC Team colleagues in documentation, communication and in day-to-day change and project management activities.
You will support the teams in analyzing, enhancing and optimizing the delivery process from an End-to-End perspective which includes the team motivation to support Continuous Improvement of value adding processes.
You will closely align and work with the Delivery and Customer Units in the location from operations to mid-management level.
You are expected to build strong trustful relationships and solid reputations within the ECS Delivery Organization, other SAP IT areas and Delivery Partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
Deliver outcomes of assigned projects; work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility.
Requirements :
4-6 years of overall IT experience
2-3 years in IT Service Management
Good operational and services experience in a cloud services delivery environment.
Experience in working in intercultural context.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with highly complex/diverse situations that could cause significant impact to business.
Strong communication skills (English – verbal and written, excellent listening skills), proficient in business communication.
Knowledge around Lean principles and using structured problem-solving methods is a plus.
High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking
Self-Awareness (knowing yourself – your strengths & your weaknesses)
Good understanding of project management principles /agile project management and ability to drive projects to closure.
ITIL Knowledge is a plus.
Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related field.
