Being part of the engineering POD, you will be managing and ensuring the quality standards across various stages of delivery lifecycle.

QAEs review and validate the functional and non-functional requirements and ensure the completeness of the requirements for avoiding later surprises.

QAEs effectively collaborate with Product Management and Business users to understand customer usage models and develop test plans and suites that approximate real-world environments and regression tests and driving the software development process towards quality-centric methodologies.

QAEs provides functional inputs for engineering team for defining solution architecture and design

QAEs measure the non-functional aspects of the systems and ensure a seamless experience is provided to our customers.

QAEs build automated frameworks, tools to help drive software quality.

QAE investigate product quality continuously, in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.

QAE poses the skills to Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy

QAE identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

QAE oversee continuous improvement projects
