Communicate over various channels with project stakeholders for product requirement gathering, feedback, validation, and presentation
Conduct research, and gather insights on customer needs, preferences, and pain points
Create product requirement documentation and tickets
Analyse data from various sources, including user feedback, market research, and product usage metrics, to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimisation
Stay up to date with industry trends, SaaS tools, and technological advancements to anticipate market shifts and proactively recommend innovative product solutions
Support the product launch process by assisting with documentation, training materials, and communication plans
