• Lead a team of mobile developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for [iOS/Android/Both] platforms.
• Must have 6+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong proficiency in [iOS/Android/Both] platforms.
• Proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and development methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development, and incorporate them into our development processes as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin etc
• Experience with mobile development frameworks and tools such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
