  • 20+ years of deep process and technical expertise in SAP with a 5+ years of experience in leading large delivery teams across geographies
  • Demonstrated leadership competency supported by 10+ years’ leadership experience in multicultural, international and geographically spread environment
  • Strong technical skills background to enable clear direction and effective evaluation of Application Development projects
  • Excellent communication skills and good executive presence
  • Good Knowledge around - NEW SAP- technologies and evolving landscape
  • Good understanding of the SAP Ecosystem in terms of Products and technologies
  • Proven experience in managing onsite and off-shore teams and delivery models.
  • Experience in establishing and growing practices teams from small size to a large team
  • Experience setting up right processes to govern programs
  • Strong experience managing delivery P & L
  • Experience with Agile Delivery process
  • An extraordinary leader and astute business person with exceptional business insight and outstanding judgement
  • Strong passion for technology and for developing people and teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications.
  • Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
  • Experience handling global customers directly and ability to connect with senior stakeholders at global customers
  • Onsite experience (preferrable US/Europe) is desirable.
  • Leadership of the SAP Application Development & Integration team across all of our clients, growing and motivating the team, setting direction and pace, and establishing standards and principles for delivery and engagement
  • Ultimate accountability for Project deliverables from India Delivery Center.
  • Leverage industry specific knowledge to identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
  • Accountable for the solution design and architecture of all the Developments and Integrations in our ERP landscape
  • Closely collaborate with our Solution Architects, System Integration partners, business-facing teams, and other technical teams to implement robust and secure technical solutions based on standard methodologies
  • Define and maintain governance processes and coding standards for developments and enforce alignment to ensure consistent high-quality work with proper change control
  • Provide leadership to a dedicated staff of SAP Developers and Architects, with focus on career development, effective mentoring, engagement, and prioritization of work toward higher value outcomes
  • Own and drive the continuous development and completion of a multi-year SAP Development and Integration capabilities roadmap
  • Support the effective and efficient delivery of the ERP vision to improve end user experience and optimally meet the business needs
  • Implement best in class development practices to deliver flexible and versatile solutions
  • Independently manage project teams for complete end to end engagements, following leading practices and coordinating resources
  • Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development
  • Responsible for developing and managing the overall service delivery from offshore.
  • Manage and lead multiple complex projects and guide senior stakeholders towards optimal solutions
  • Responsible for relationship building with customer project managers and senior stakeholders
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for leading and mentoring a large team of resources with varied technical and functional skill. Maintain level of team motivation and employee satisfaction.
  • Map and develop required skills and competencies within the organization
  • Establish and foster relationships with clients and internal stakeholders along with providing thought leadership and strategic guidance
  • Drive Service Level management and mitigate delivery risks. Create and review risk and mitigation strategy regularly. Communicate proactively with leadership to flag risks and ask for assistance if necessary.
  • Manage P&L effectively for the portfolio. Apply financial levers like utilization pyramid correction contract shifts and differentiated pricing models to improve the cost of delivery continuously and improve engagement level profitability.
