  • Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures. 
  • Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.   
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. 
  • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, etc.   
  • Conducting various welfare activities.
