Description :
  • Perform outreach to specific customer segments and territories

  • Generate new-customer leads

  • Present and upsell company offerings to existing and new customers

  • Provide a daily summary of calls and lead status

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports

  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, BRD, and inputs from various sources

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics

  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Building & maintaining fruitful long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements :
  • Two or more years of experience in maintaining client relationships

  • Confidence in sales ability and knowledge of best practices

  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in sales techniques

  • Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be adaptable in nature.

  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener.

  • In-depth knowledge of the IT / Software / Web / Mobile / IOT Development industry.

  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively

  • Experience in handling both domestic and international market sales.

  • MBA /BBA or any equivalent discipline in Sales / Marketing.
