BPM Engineer with 6 8 years of experience will be responsible for designing developing and implementing business process models using Pega BPM software The engineer must be well versed in the Pega BPM platform and have in depth knowledge of business process modeling system analysis and design techniques
The engineer will be responsible for developing designing and implementing process flows and process models using the Pega BPM platform This includes developing process models workflow diagrams activity diagrams and other related artifacts The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging process models in order to ensure that they are functioning correctly
The engineer will collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure that the process models are properly integrated with existing systems and applications The engineer will also be responsible for providing technical assistance and training to other members of the development team
The engineer will need to have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment The engineer must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines In addition the engineer must have a good understanding of the software development life cycle and be able to work with multiple stakeholders
