  • At least worked on one Mendix solution for a complete Mendix solution ie from development till deployment
  • Experienced in data modelling and structures Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Capable of communicating complex subjects in a simple fashion
  • To motivate coach and evaluate the performance of the team members
  • Determining the best practices for developing in Mendix setting standards and making sure they are executed
  • Experienced as being a part of a Scrum Agile multi disciplinary team
  • Strong troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Thoroughly understands decision process issues of technology choice such as capacities response time data interfacing client
  • Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness by working with cross functional team including UI Team
  • Leadcontribute to engineering during execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems in the development life cycle
