Drafting, vetting and negotiating various cross-border Agreements, Contracts and other documents including service agreements, sub-contracts, RFP(s), Non-Disclosure agreements with clients /vendors /partners.
Ability to analyse legal implications of various issues and advising various internal stakeholders.
Coordinating with various internal stakeholders and advising the business teams on the contracting/compliance.
Collaborate within the legal team to share knowledge, improve efficiency and continuously increase the added value of the legal function for the business.
Strong legal and business acumen.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues with diverse levels of management and employees.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in law (BA.LLB) or equivalent degree from a leading university and/or law school.
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house counsel handling contract review, drafting and negotiation.
Extensive experience in commercial contracting within the US and UK sectors
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
