Requirements :
SAP SD Configuration: Understanding and proficiency in configuring various settings and options within the SAP SD module, such as organizational structure, sales document types, pricing procedures, shipping, billing, and output determination.
Sales Order Management: Knowledge of sales order processing, including creating sales orders, managing sales document types (such as inquiry, quotation, sales order), order scheduling, delivery creation, and order confirmation.
Pricing and Conditions: Familiarity with pricing procedures and conditions within SAP SD, including condition types, access sequences, pricing conditions, and condition records. Ability to configure pricing conditions for sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
Availability Check and Backorder Processing: Understanding of availability check functionality in SAP SD to verify product availability and manage backorders. Ability to configure and customize availability check settings.
Delivery and Shipment: Proficiency in managing delivery processes, including delivery creation, picking, packing, shipping, and goods issue. Knowledge of delivery document types, route determination, transportation planning, and tracking.
Billing and Invoicing: Ability to configure billing processes, including billing document types, billing plans, account determination, and invoice creation. Understanding of revenue recognition and integration with financial accounting (SAP FI) modules.
Master Data Management: Proficiency in managing master data such as customer master records, material master records, condition master records, and pricing master data. Knowledge of data maintenance, data conversion, and data migration processes.
Integration with other SAP Modules: Understanding of the integration points between SAP SD and other modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP FI (Financial Accounting), SAP CO (Controlling), and SAP PP (Production Planning). Knowledge of how data flows across these modules.
Reporting and Analytics: Ability to generate reports and analytics using SAP SD data. Familiarity with SAP reporting tools such as SAP Query, SAP BW (Business Warehouse), and SAP Analytics Cloud. Knowledge of sales performance analysis and key sales metrics.
