  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting reporting and presenting to customers

  • Should be able to adhere SLAs shift roster planning Managing teams
  • Should process reporting skills good knowledge on Ticketing tools
  • Ability to work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner
  • Strong problem solving analytical design decisionmaking and communication skills
  • Selfdriven and motivated with the desire to work in a fastpaced resultsdriven agile environment with varied responsibilities
  • Responsible for automating operational activities adopting lean mythologies and performance optimization
  • Should have good stakeholder management skills to manage and coordinate with different peers
