Experience in managing Application support projects and technical background on Mainframe is a must. Support experience should be there.
• Experienced in ticketing tools such as Service Now / BMC Remedy.
• Excellent communication skill
• Establish an effective communication plan, provide direction to the project team and regular status updates.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent organizational skills
• Able to foresee potential risks and issues, establish a process as applicable, facilitate discussions and manage escalations
• Pro-active Customer governance and good Reporting skills
• Understanding of project financials and budget management.
• Co-Ordinate with Fulfillment teams for Resourcing ,Demand forecast and fulfilment
• Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues
• Highly organized and able to create and follow a very structured process plan
