Experience with Order delivery, entitlements creation, reports generation.
Ability to create and maintain work instruction documents, communicate and collaborate cross functionally.
Have a general understanding of software licensing models and entitlements.
Ability to provide recommendations and enhancement suggestions for Order Processing.
Receive and review incoming customer Orders and making sure entitlements are created correctly.
Handle customer queries in the Ticketing system within 24 hours of receipt.
Ability to translate customer order details into desired customer software entitlement experience.
Troubleshoot issues within our electronic software delivery platform, work with product management team for fulfilment requirements for new product launches.
Be the primary contact for fulfilment of orders and customer entitlements.
Strong Ms excel , analytics skills to run and present the reports.
Experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Products is an added advantage.
Understanding of Cloud software and platform would be added advantage.
Salesforce knowledge is good to have- any Oracle ERP experience is good.
