Description :
  1. Acts under continuous support in Network domain for 24/7 operation
  2. Monitor and perform first level analysis
  3. To detect diagnose create ticket and resolve network operation issues.
  4. Proactively identify issues there by reducing network downtime.
  5. Support the Management team by providing KPI Performance trend reports as per requirement.
  6. Network planning and KPI analysis.
  7. Basic network Integration validation and testing.
Requirements :
  1. Ability to administer routers switches gateways and oversee telecom infrastructure
  2. Ability to perform and execute drive test in the customer or target environment
  3. Ability to analyse logs (traces drive test UElogs) / network
  4. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with Client
