Managing the immigration process for all new joiners across MENA
Guide team members to resolve challenging situations concerning benefits and legal areas
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all elements of the new joiner process
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to leadership as appropriate
Identify potential problems and opportunities related to preboarding
Be responsible for data and reporting accuracy
Support and guide internal stakeholders and colleagues in process and structure changes
Identifying issues and challenges with a solution orientated mindset with always keeping in mind providing an exceptional new joiner experience and enabling continuous improvement within our process and polices
Understand MENA pre-joining regulations and ensure full compliance
Provide location knowledge to aid transition and resolve problems relating to the pre-joining process
Requirements :
3-6 years’ experience of working as part an HR Team including recruitment, immigration, pre-joining, onboarding, or related experience
Experience of managing complex HR situations and working in a challenging fast-paced environment
Experience of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook (Mandatory)
Strong candidate centricity and consultative skills
Experience in professional email writing as a mode of communication on a day-to-day basis
Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with support teams
Experience managing multiple priorities and a high volume of candidate queries
Exhibit a positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities; demonstrate commitment to the role
Experience working with multi-cultural teams a plus
