Solution Delivery: Manage all aspects of integrated solution delivery, from identifying requirements to making technical decisions that impact the delivery of solutions, ensuring they provide business value. Make sure that final proposals include provisions for security and reliability while meeting clients’ current and future needs.
Solutions Architecture Ownership: Take ownership of the solutions architecture plan and participate as a hands-on builder and developer in client-facing engagements.

Requirements :
Hybrid Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency in a wide range of hybrid cloud technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, Containers, Cyber Security, Red Hat OpenShift, and IBM Cloud Paks.
Technical Leadership and Solutioning: Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance for customer-facing technical solutions teams and facilitate experiential problem discovery, framing, and solutioning sessions.
Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile best practices to ensure the on-time delivery of complex technology projects, including methodologies like extreme programming, paired programming, scrum, and test-driven development
