· Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy and campaigns that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives.
· Define a robust channel strategy to manage affiliate pages for key businesses. Channel appropriate content on the optimal social media platform to maximize reach and engagement.
· Oversee the creation, curation, and management of high-quality, engaging content for all social media channels. Ensure all content is consistent with brand design standards and tone of voice.
· Execute social listening techniques to monitor sentiment and recommend proactive campaigns and tactical measures as a part of the company’s strategy for crisis communication.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including senior business stakeholders, field, service line and partner marketing teams, PR & media relations — to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts.
· Develop and implement advocacy programs for sales and the wider employee community to grow and engage our online presence.
· Explore partnerships with influencers, and work with partners and other external stakeholders, to amplify the reach and impact of our marketing efforts.
· A minimum of 10 years’ experience in social media management in a client-side or agency-side role. Experience across a diverse set of industries is preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, communications, or related field; an advanced degree in management or business administration is desirable.
· A portfolio of successful campaigns across various channels and demonstrated success in developing and implementing creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
· Experience in building, managing, and coaching a global team of social media strategists. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills — with the ability to inspire and motivate your team members and positively influence your peer group.
· A deep understanding of social media platforms and proficiency in campaign & content management tools, reporting and analytics (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· The ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and execute and deliver against defined KPIs and tight deadlines.
· Excellent abilities in business storytelling and impeccable written and verbal communications skills. Knowledge of design software, as well as a keen understanding of the latest creative trends to bring ideas to life, is an added advantage.
