Description :
  • Lead and manage a team of developers ensuring effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders
  • Architect and develop custom components in Adobe Experience Manager AEM
  • Development of AEM components templates workflows publishing configurations amp customizations
  • Implement solutions based on Adobe AEM and Utilize AEMs CRXDe platform for advanced content management and development tasks
  • Prototypes interactive interfaces with multiple states and roles
  • Conducts user testing and reporting on the outcomes
  • Interface with Architects to understand the design skeleton
  • Ensure technical issues are quickly resolved and implement strategies and solutions to help reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence
  • Development in a fastpaced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment
  • Showcase strong leadership skills including the ability to deliver constructive feedback and the ability to lead by example
  • Work on estimating development tasks
  • Manage andor be managed by remote teamsoffices
Requirements :
  • AEM hands on experience as Frontend or Backend developer
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Handson experience with designing and building AEM components and working with JCR and AEM workflows
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular Or React
  • Understanding of various CSS frameworks and preprocessors Bootstrap SASS SCSS
  • Experience with crossbrowser and crossplatform issues IE Firefox Safari etc
  • Experience with version control and project management tools Git Bitbucket Jira Confluence
  • Familiarity with additional frontend tools such as Storybooks IntelliJ VSCode
  • Handson experience in integration of AEM with other Adobe suites of products Analytics targeting Campaign IO and Launch
  • Experience working on the Latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings
  • Experience in setting up and configuring AEM systems
  • Experience in migration from other CMS to AEM latest version Experience in upgradation of AEM nice to have
