Requirements :
12+ years of experience in software product delivery, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
5+ years of experience in leading the design and implementation of scalable and distributed platforms.
Proven ability to operate at various levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, and technical design.
Demonstrated experience in leading positive change, empowering teams, and driving product technology visions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong business acumen with a passion for staying at the forefront of technology.
Expertise in leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to systematically identify and resolve underlying issues causing incidents.
