Effective coordination with Onsite Team members in completing the deliverables on time maintaining SLAs accurately
Requirements :
RequirementsAbility to Work both is EST and IST Hours by extending support to clients Should have good Knowledge in troubleshooting complex technical issues on many platforms and understanding technical documentation
Should have worked in Kronos Workforce Central Versions 708 8017 814 and 818 and later
Should have good knowledge in RDBMS like MSSQL Server
Should be having good knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring Pay Policies Attendance Accruals and WIM interfaces
Should take responsibilities and communicate with Clients for any requirementssolutions
Should have Excellent communicative interpersonal intuitive analysis and leadership skills to perform precisely and deliver timely results and willing to relocate anywhere
Should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
