Description :
  • Manage information flow and attend coordination meetings with professionals from other organizations.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior modelers, review assignments, and propose solutions to enhance workflow.
  • Collaborate in team cohesion for architectural and structural BIM projects.
  • Evaluate and optimize the firm’s workflow, strategies, budgets, projects, and staffing.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, focus on outcomes, customer-centric communication, and relationship-building.
Requirements :
  • Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in CAD, Revit Modeling, and BIM.
  • Team player with strong communication skills in English.
  • Proactive in assisting the Team Lead and achieving specified work targets.
