· At least 5 years of working experience as a Technical BA/Systems Analyst.

· Strong Business Analysis skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience using the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira), including;

· Writing requirements as epics and stories.

· Experience with various modelling techniques (BPMN / UML).

· Experience with facilitating workshops involving business and technical stakeholders.

· Experience wearing multiple hats and working outside of their comfort zone.

· Experience working on multiple features in parallel and has the ability to self-manage priorities.

· Experience championing projects through to completion.

· Experience working in projects which have adopted Agile methodologies (specifically Scrum and Kanban) and understands the importance of the underlying Agile principles.

· Experience with quickly becoming an SME on a topic / business domain / product or application.

· Inquisitive by nature, and willing to ask questions
