Description :

This is a commissioned sales position based out of Bengaluru, India. The Business Development Manager will work towards establishing India Tech Ecosystem in alignment with India5 strategy. The Business Development Manager will uncover and nurture upcoming OEM, ODM, Builder accounts and align new Intel technologies and product roadmaps to the account's technology, product, and business strategies. The role requires generating new design win opportunities that result in billed revenue across CCG, DCAI, NEX product portfolio. Engages with ecosystem partners such as distributors in support of assigned accounts. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution. Concentrates on transformation bets that contribute to substantial revenue growth for Intel in the long-term. Exhibits knowledge of broad ecosystem, scale, industry, and product specialization to develop new solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities. Develops go-to-market campaigns and collaborates on presales and proof of concept execution, and training programs, to ensure successful execution of the account plan and performance metrics. Responsibilities will include: - Drive adoption and sale of Intel products and solutions with OEM, ODM and Builder accounts - Build deep relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts - Exploring innovative business and technology opportunities by enabling accounts with Intel-based products and solutions - Acting as voice back to Intel and ensure opportunities are leveraged to bring business outcomes - Strong collaborative approach and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross teams

Requirements :

The successful candidate will be expected to have a proven track record in IT sales to drive account alignment with corporate strategies along with the following skills and experience: - Business development with minimum 8-10 years' experience in leading IT company, OEM, ODM with track record delivering business results. - Strong communication and executive relationship management skills. - Excellent presentation skills/experience representing Intel in front of external audiences - Track record of applying a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges with the ability to envision and deliver next-generation technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes - Understanding of the sales pipeline with all variables and interdependencies. - Ability to think strategically and inspire internal and external stakeholders - Account management and customer executive handling skills required. - Willingness to travel frequently, flexibility, and can-do spirit. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field. Masters is a plus
