This role should work under client’s guidance to support delivery of Localisation workshops and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) for Time Tracking & Absence management. - This role is expected to collaborate with client team to understand the WFM global process and nuances. - This role will ensure all written SOPs and process documentations are clear, concise, and well-structured, reflecting a high standard of English proficiency. Experience: - Experience with HR Operation or HR Project support or a related role. Knowledge of Time Tracking & Absence module. - Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work across teams - Excellent written English skills, with the ability to produce clear and effective communication - Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation to keep track of documents development and reviews cycle up to SOP sign off
A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position
