Description :
  • Build AIOps powered developer experiences that fundamentally change the way developers use Observability platforms.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and architects in defining necessary data standards, taxonomy and guardrails for data governance.
  • Ensuring Engineering and Operational excellence of the Observability platform
  • Works with PM on identifying and measuring business goals in product usage
  • Works with PM in backlog grooming and prioritization of stories and with architects on the design, architecture and technology choices
  • Compare, contrast and prioritize alternative approaches to meet business objectives
  • Build world class teams, motivate and retain engineering talent.
Requirements :
  • Proficiency in data processing architecture/techniques
  • People management and delivery experience
  • Expertise with anomaly detection using AIOps
  • Experience with MLOps is desirable
  • Good understanding of one or more of the Observability pillars (Logs / Traces / Metrics), RUM, FCI, Golden Signals
  • Strong mentoring skills. Able to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
  • Excellent communication skills. Communicates succinctly to all levels of employees, customers and management (including executives)
  • “Self-starter” attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
