Escalate critical issues to the development team and follow up until resolution.
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
Develop knowledge base articles to assist both customers and internal teams.
Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal staff.
Provide guidance on best practices and optimal use of the product.
Collect and document customer feedback to contribute to product improvement.
Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer needs and issues.
Participate in the testing and validation of new product releases.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not affected by updates.
Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and internal teams.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their reported issues.
Assist Business Development team in different ventures of the team.
