Description :

Knowledge in Microsoft Server /office /email systems and protocols
Outstanding Troubleshooting Skill is required
Basic knowledge of Linux
Good understanding of web concepts such as DNS and IP
Knowledge about the usage and purpose of Firewall & End point Security.
Revising documentation
Tracks system utilization daily, to determine if problems are imminent
Updating hardware and software packages.
Installing computer and network systems.
Removing malware and other security threats.
Monitoring computer system backups and preventing data corruption.
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Create and verify backups of data
Respond to and resolve help desk requests
Willingness to work in shifts.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
Review application logs
Install and test computer-related equipment

Requirements :

B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Diploma / Certifications in Information Technology is a must.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a good team player
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Support
Extensive experience with VMware
Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
Knowledge of Networking Hardware and Software
