Description :
  1.       Lead the execution of Product Implementation plans to ensure on time on budget efficient and high-quality delivery
  2.       Lead the team of implementation Engineers; guiding them on the implementation processes
  3.       Ensure that every implementation follows the implementation process with associated risks and dependencies
  4.       Use implementation experience to actively build and refine tools and resources to support product implementations
  5.       Create effort estimation and ETA for deliverables ensuring adherence to timelines/SLAs wherever applicable
  6.       Build strong feedback loops and serve as the voice of the customer to internal partners advising improvements to product and delivery approaches
  7.       Manage setting up demos for clients as required
  8.       Partner with Lead II as required to substantiate any project escalations for quick and effective resolutions
  9.       Influence and improve customer satisfaction
  10.   Set OKRs for self/team and provide feedback of goals to team members
  11.   Escalate issues to the Lead II as required for resolution or escalation
  12.   Act as a strong communication bridge between all departments and the client to execute and deliver successful implementations
Requirements :
  1.       Ability to create and articulate impactful technical presentations featuring product implementation aspects.
  2.       Reliable with good time management skills
  3.       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  4.       Exposure to product deployment with exceptional resolution skills.
  5.       Ability to maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics within the team.
