Description :
  • Creation/allocation of Executive Layer department codes. This includes undertaking training and understanding of the process, maintaining up-to-date departmental locator and fulfilment of both ad hoc and bulk requests for department code requests
  • Provide support to team members with the various people processes run by the team, including managing a variety of data requests, following up on counselor and SMU changes, generating reports
  • Submit code block changes and follow up/trouble shoot
  • Partner with PDRA to understand the systems and hierarchy
  • SMU changes and SharePoint Maintenance
  • Understand the data process flow within Core HR system to ensure data integrity and advise ETT Talent Coordinators about impacts of data change
  • Works closely with Reward to particularly during the annual compensation process such as updating process guides, managing SharePoint site access, create template to confirm Talent contacts by country, creating salary approver files by Function, validating data on salary approver files for accuracy and follow up with the applicable Talent Coordinator as needed. 
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting and updating employee details for UK Spotlight and Ovation awards
  • Works with the COE teams to prepare COE specific reporting such as headcount, counselor reports, and other related management reporting. 
  • Supports the project management activities of annual talent processes (i.e., EY People Survey) and ensures deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate content for monthly ETT Newsletter
  • Develops and maintain relationships across the ETT; sharing best practices, helping to keep others on track with due dates and deliverables. Where possible promotes and demonstrates an inclusive and global mindset
  • Develops an in-depth knowledge of the Executive functions and other aspects of Coordinator support
  • This position must be able to manage virtual stakeholder expectations and communications. It will be essential to build effective working relationships with the people organization globally, and with sponsors and stakeholders across the ETT team to deliver timely, high-quality initiatives to meet objectives
  • May also work on special projects as needed

 

Requirements :

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
  • Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience 
  • Preferred experience includes working in: 
  • A professional services or large corporate environment
  • Change management / Talent Operations type roles
  • International and diverse environments
  • Matrix organisations
  • Project Management
