We are looking for a telemarketer who contacts potential customers by telephone to solicit sales for our service.

The primary duties and responsibilities of a telemarketer include:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to solicit sales
• Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs and interests
• Conducting a sales pitch to promote the service being sold
• Overcoming objections and closing sales
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress
• Updating customer databases and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Providing customer support and answering any questions or concerns
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills.

In addition, telemarketers must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a positive and confident demeanor.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English .

Hindi / Punjabi will be an additional advantage
