-Providing outstanding service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Motivating the sales team to meet sales targets through training and mentoring.
-Develop business strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and -increase profits.
-Hiring, training, and supervising new employees
-Professionally responding to customer complaints and concerns.
-Ensuring that the store follows all health and safety regulations.
-Create and organize promotional materials and in-store displays.
-Creating detailed reports on purchasing trends, customer needs, and profits.
-Managing store budgets and updating financial records are examples of store administration duties.
-Inventory levels are being monitored, and new items are being ordered.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will be able to increase customer satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets. You should be an excellent communicator as well as possess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
