Description :
Provide professional, responsive, and friendly service.
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting surfaces, cleaning washrooms, emptying garbage, cleaning windows, mirrors, upholstery, and all surfaces, stocking washroom items and amenities, removal of cobwebs/leaves, etc.
Ensure that all laundry is done and bed sheets are changed weekly in all the staff living quarters.
Ensure all floor surfaces are impeccable, by vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and changing light bulbs.
Respond to all requests with a sense of urgency.
Liaise with the manager to ensure that there are sufficient cleaning products at all times.
Report any breakages that occur during the cleaning process.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair.
Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements :
Related cleaning experience in a comparable environment.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is an asset.
Pleasant, respectful, and professional when communicating with others.
Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
