Requirements :
Knowledge of SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 Administration
Proven experience in administering SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 in a Windows environment
Ability to design and develop customizations for SharePoint 2010
Ability to maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint 2010
