Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks using Selenium. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, and design and execute test cases. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, and evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. - Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders, and work with them to resolve issues and improve overall product quality
